Multiple Options for Businesses & Entrepreneurs

We offer a 3-tiered option for recurring accounting services to businesses and entrepreneurs, using the most streamlined and secure cloud-based software. We make sure that your books are up to date and accurately accounted for so you can make informed, timely business decisions.

Tier 1: Transactional

This basic service provides you with transaction categorization within a general ledger, preparing your monthly financial statements – including balance sheets and income statements, and more. This base level of service allows you to focus on your business while we handle the accounting. We start with a free consultation to learn about you and your business, including gaining an understanding of your transaction volume and your strategic goals for the business. We will then propose a flat monthly fee for accounting services that is customized for your business. We have no long-term contracts for any tier of service, and you can cancel at any time if you’re not satisfied, or our services no longer fit within your budget.

Tier 2: Controller & Advisory

Our proactive Controller & Advisory service provides you and your business with all tier 1 services, plus budget to actual analysis, strategic planning, accounts payable and receivable, and detailed forecasting. Controller & Advisory Services are tailored to our clients. Whether it may be you need us to present financials at monthly board of director meetings, or insight as to how cash flows are looking, or in-depth financial ratio analysis, we can help. Payroll services can be added for additional fees.

Tier 3: Outsourced CFO

This is our highest level of service; on top of including both tiers as described above, hiring us to be your outsourced CFO gives you nearly unlimited access with on-demand meetings, extensive financial reporting, payroll and a true integrated business partner.
